For purchasing, maintenance, engineering and service teams

Parts procurement for technical teams: upload a list, PartM8 does the rest.

Upload your parts list and PartM8 does the sourcing: checks every part number, finds the suppliers who stock it, prices each line with shipping, and puts it all in one offer with one total. You approve it and pay once. Suppliers ship straight to you.

Contactors, sensors, drives, motors — whatever your equipment runs on, sourced and delivered. Your team stays on the work, not on the phone.

  • Matched suppliers
  • Shipping included
  • Your priority, applied
  • One payment, one invoice

One offer, instead of a week of chasing quotes.

Every line comes back priced with shipping, with its lead time, grouped by supplier, before you accept anything. Whatever nobody could source is flagged, never quietly dropped. If you allowed equivalents, each one is labelled against the part it replaces — and where the original is still available, you can switch back to it.

You send the list once

Fill in the PartM8 template, or type parts straight in and let the catalogue complete the part number. Drafts save. Nothing reaches a supplier until you press submit.

Step 2

You catch the typo before a supplier does

Every line is checked against the parts database before it goes anywhere. A likely typo gets a suggested fix. Nothing changes behind your back.

Step 3

You set the rules

Pick the delivery address. Decide whether equivalents are allowed; they're off until you say so. Then set what matters on this order: lowest price, fastest, or best price by a date.

Procurement that runs itself, one step at a time.

Today PartM8 does the sourcing legwork. Here's where it's headed.

Now

One list, one offer

One parts list becomes one consolidated offer — sourced across suppliers, verified line by line. One payment, one invoice, and every package tracked in one dashboard.

Next

Ranked on value, not just price

Offers ranked on total value — supplier reliability and real lead times factored in alongside price — so the cheapest line isn't the one that delays your production run.

Future

The autonomous supply chain

The goal is a self-healing supply chain: connected to your site's maintenance data, PartM8 secures the replacement part before a failing component brings the line down.

Frequently asked questions

More questions? Contact us
Q1How much does PartM8 cost?

A service fee on the order, shown in the offer totals before you accept. Getting an offer costs nothing. Send a list, read the offer, decline it, and nothing is charged.

Q2Are shipping costs included in the price?

Yes. Every line is priced landed — parts and shipping together, excluding VAT — so nothing new appears at checkout. VAT is added on the proforma invoice and shown separately.

Q3How does PartM8 make sure I get the right part?

The check happens before anything is sent, not after something arrives. Every line is verified against the parts database: manufacturer part number, manufacturer name, description. A likely typo is flagged with a suggested correction you accept or keep. It never changes a number without showing you.

Q4Can I insist on exactly the part I specified?

Yes, and that's the default. Equivalents stay off until you switch them on, and you're asked again before the RFQ leaves. With them off, a supplier either quotes the part you asked for or doesn't quote the line. With them on, every equivalent is labelled against what it replaces and you can put the original back.

Q5How do I pay, and how many invoices do I get?

One invoice per order, however many suppliers ship it. Accepting an offer produces a proforma with payment details and a pre-filled reference; VAT is added there and shown separately. Pay by card or bank transfer. Once every shipment has been delivered, the final VAT invoice is issued automatically and emailed to your invoice address.

Q6Who am I contracting with?

PartM8, UAB, registered in Lithuania. When you accept an offer, PartM8 is your counterparty and issues your invoice. Suppliers invoice PartM8, not you, even when several of them ship parts of the same order to your door.

Q7Which countries is PartM8 available in?

Buyers in Lithuania today, sourcing from vetted suppliers across the EU. Latvia and Estonia next, then Poland. If you're in one of those, join the waiting list and we'll tell you the day it opens.

How long did your last order take?

A week of emails, or one offer by this time tomorrow. Try it on the next order that lands on your desk.
